Chelsea have held talks with Raphinha's agent Deco this week regarding a transfer from Leeds United.
The Brazilian winger is in hot demand this summer, with the Blues, Arsenal, and Barcelona vying for his signature.
According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea have put in an offer to Raphinha of around £118,000 a week and agreed a £55 million fee with Leeds.
All that remains is to convince the player to sign on the dotted line.
However, Raphinha is said to harbour hopes of moving to Barcelona.
The Catalan giants are eager to secure his signature, but they are not able to come up with the money to match Chelsea's bid to Leeds.
