Sport says Chelsea have joined long-term suitors Arsenal and Barcelona for the Brazilian wonderkid.
Barca did appear favourites, with the striker admitting they are his dream club.
However, it's emerged Roque now is open to a move to England and his dad was recently in London.
The 18-year-old's representatives have moved their interest away from Barcelona due to the club's financial limitations.
