Chelsea are refusing to do business with AC Milan over Hakim Ziyech.
Ziyech and Milan have been in talks this summer about a move to Italy for the midfielder.
Milan have been pushing for a loan deal with the option to buy next summer, while Chelsea had been demanding an outright sale.
However, the Telegraph says Chelsea have now pulled out of negotiations.
For Milan's new owners, RedBird Capital, buying Ziyech was unaffordable, which was the same case for the obligatory purchase option demanded by Chelsea in the loan arrangement.
