Chelsea have approached PSG about transfer talks for Neymar.
RMC Sport says the Blues have made contact with Neymar now having made a transfer request to PSG.
The Blues had registered their interest and will now enter formal negotiations after Neymar made his transfer demand.
The Brazil captain had hoped to return to Barcelona this summer, but the club's financial problems and a reluctance from coach Xavi ended that idea.
Instead, he could be moving to London, where Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly is willing to pay PSG's 60m asking price.
