Matthijs de Ligt saw new contract talks with Juventus collapse on Thursday.
The defender's lawyer Rafaela Pimenta, reports Il Corriere dello Sport, met with Juve directors yesterday to consider De Ligt's deal.
Juve are keen to extend the contract from 2024 to 2026, while Pimenta has requested his buyout clause drop from €120m to €80m.
However, both parties were unhappy with the demands and the meeting broke up with little progress made.
Waiting on the sidelines are Chelsea and Manchester United, which both have the spending power to meet the defender's buyout option and ferry him away with Juve powerless to prevent him from doing so.
