Chelsea midfielder Mateo Kovacic has undergone a medical at Manchester City.
The Croatia international has seen an offer from City of 25m accepted by Chelsea.
The Daily Mail says Kovacic was in Manchester on Friday to take his City medical.
The midfielder's move to City is set to be announced after Ilkay Gundogan's departure to Barcelona.
Kovacic will arrive as a direct replacement for Gundogan.
