Chelsea must raise 100m from sales this year to avoid Premier League financial sanctions.
That's according to Stefan Borson, a former financial advisor to Manchester City.
After their mega spending on transfers, Chelsea are under the microscope of the Premier League over their Profit & Sustainability laws.
Borson told talkSPORT: "That they will resolve their situation seems very unlikely between now and June 30, unless they sell players worth above 100 million euros.
"The season will end and then we will have the European Championships. Examples like Conor Gallagher are there: and Chelsea wants to sell before June 30, they will have to act very quickly.
"Furthermore, potential buyers will know that Chelsea needs sell players."
