The 19-year-old former Manchester City youth product has a contract at Dortmund until 2028.
Per Bild, the lure of the Premier League is one that will be tough for Bynoe-Gittens to resist.
Arsenal have the most serious interest in the player, with Mikel Arteta a major fan.
However, they will face competition, while Dortmund will fight tooth and nail to hold onto the starlet.
