Chelsea's academy staff could be facing a lot of upheaval in the coming months.
Per The Times, co-owner Todd Boehly is ready to make more behind the scenes changes.
However, he may have some adjustments forced on him if Academy staff quit their positions.
The outlet states that if the likes of Mason Mount, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Trevor Chalobah are sold to raise funds, academy chiefs may feel their hard work for Chelsea is not achieving the results they seek.
But Chelsea have no option but to raise money through a firesale after spending 600 million on players.
They must balance the books to steer clear of a Premier League financial rules infringement.
