Chelsea are jumping into the battle for Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo.
Chelsea are turning to Caicedo after being priced out of the race for Sporting CP ace Manuel Ugarte. Ugarte is set to join PSG in the coming hours.
Meanwhile, Caicedo is favouring a move to Arsenal and has already settled contract terms with the Gunners.
But Chelsea are now in the frame and willing to include Levi Colwill in negotiations, says the London Evening Standard.
Chelsea rejected a 30m offer from Brighton for Colwill last week. The defender has just completed his season-long loan at Falmer stadium.
