Chelsea are considering a 50 million move for Paris Saint-Germain star Marco Verratti.
The Italian is the one who the Blues believe can add much needed experience to their midfield.
Having signed Enzo Fernandez in the winter and chasing Moises Caicedo, the Blues may want a steady hand in there as well.
Per The Sun, Mauricio Pochettino believes Verratti can fill some of the void left by the departures of Mateo Kovacic, Mason Mount and N'Golo Kante.
PSG are ready to sell Verratti, as they are revamping their squad with a view to signing younger players.
Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal is also in the mix, but they have seen two bids rejected by PSG so far.
