Chelsea are preparing a new offer for Benfica midfielder Enzo Fernandez.
The Blues were warned off the Argentina international at the beginning of the January market.
Chelsea failed with a 60m offer and were referred to Fernandez's 120m buyout clause.
However, Record says Chelsea intend to try again before the market shuts next week.
Any move will leave Benfica unimpressed, with board members already making clear their upset at Chelsea's negotiating tactics.
