Chelsea have struck a deal for Independiente della Valle striker Kendry Paez.
Independiente have accepted a 20m offer from Chelsea for the Ecuadorian teen.
However, the 15 year-old won't be able to move to Europe until he turns 18.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano now says the FA and Premier League have approved Chelsea's transfer for Paez.
The fee is set at 20m, though it is determined by a raft of bonuses and add-ons.
