Chelsea have set their price for Lewis Hall.
The Blues have transfer-listed the 18 year-old wing-back at a starting price of 30m, says the Telegraph.
Hall was a loan target for Crystal Palace, but is now wanted by Champions League qualifiers Newcastle United.
He made 12 appearances for the Blues' first team last season.
Hall has a contract with Chelsea to 2026.
