Newcastle United have made a first offer for Chelsea wing-back Lewis Hall.
Chelsea have put the teen up for sale this month.
The Sun says Newcastle have now made an undisclosed opening bid for Hall, with Chelsea seeking 30m to sell.
Hall recently signed a new six-year deal, with a 12 month option
But Chelsea need to cash in after a summer market splurge leaving them with the need to balance the books.
