UOL Esporte says Chelsea are in advanced talks to sign Moscardo.
The 17-year-old is a defensive midfielder and a formal bid has been tabled, with Moscardo keen to see the move happen.
Corinthians are demanding around 25m to sell.
Chelsea want to bring in Moscardo for the future. He has managed to play ten competitive matches at senior level.
