The Times says Campos is wanted by Blues co-owner Todd Boehly as their new sporting director.
Boehly has met with Campos several times over the summer and wants to bring him to London.
The American wants the new sporting director hired in November.
However, Boehly faces a battle to convince Campos, who only joined PSG this past summer.
