Chelsea teammates have rallied to support Raheem Sterling after his penalty miss yesterday.

Sterling was jeered by home fans as Chelsea eventually defeated Leicester City in the FA Cup quarterfinal 4-2 on Sunday.

The winger later apologised for his miss on social media and was soon swamped by support from teammates.

Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah posted: We love you brother, one family."

Cole Palmer stated: My brother. S**t happens, no need to apologise."

Fellow goalscorer Noni Madueke said: Bro no need to apologise.. we appreciate you."

Ben Chilwell also posted: Its football, it happens. We all appreciate you brother."

And Thiago Silva, Malo Gusto, Reece James, Nicolas Jackson, Robert Sanchez, Chukwuemeka, Benoit Badiashile, Enzo Fernandez and Lesley Ugochukwu were all amog Chelsea teammates to rally around Sterling online.
