Chelsea are keen to deal in permanently Joao Felix from Atletico Madrid.
Despite only arriving in January, Felix has done enough to convince Chelsea to seek an outright transfer, with his loan not including a permanent option.
Knowing Manchester United are also interested, Chelsea hope to convince Atletico to sell the Portugal international by including a player in their offer.
The Daily Mail says Chelsea are willing to include Christian Pulisic in their proposal.
Given his form, Atletico are seeking around 100m for Felix and Chelsea will seek to drive down their valuation by including USA captain Pulisic in their bid. Pulisic's deal runs to 2024.
