Strasbourg will welcome Kendry Paez to Europe next year.
The teen is a Chelsea player and is currently playing with Independiente della Valle ahead of moving to Europe when he turns 18.
Pez will play in France before joining Chelsea, according to El Canal de Ftbol. The move will be made in the summer of 2025.
Strasbourg are owned by BlueCo, which is Chelsea's umbrella company.
Paez signed for Chelsea in 2023 for an Ecuadorian record $10m plus bonuses.
