Chelsea are ready to sell Billy Gilmour today.
The Telegraph says Chelsea have accepted a bid from Brighton to sell Gilmour.
The Seagulls are set to seal the Scottish midfielder before the deadline falls today.
It had earlier been claimed that Chelsea's hierarchy did not want to sell Gilmour.
However, everything has now shifted and Gilmour is on his way to Falmer stadium to sign outright.
