Chelsea must go higher to land Barcelona striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
According to Spanish journalist Albert Roge, the Blues have made an initial verbal offer of €14m for the striker.
But Barcelona have made it clear they want at least €20m.
It remains to be seen whether Chelsea match that valuation, but it's suggested the club see Aubameyang and Wesley Fofana as priority signings.
