Kota Kinabalu: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor supports the youthful dynamism of Malaysians of all races to come together to exchange ideas and support each other in their entrepreneurial undertakings.

This was evident in the first 2024 Malaysia Entrepreneurs Development Association (PUMM) event held, here.

Political Secretary Datuk Dr Roland Chia Ming Shen said Hajiji has approved RM10,000 for PUMM’s 9th New Year event.

Dr Chia commended the few hundred attending entrepreneurs.

Read more The event was held at the Hakka Hall on Jan 12, and was attended by youth entrepreneurs from all over Malaysia, led by Dato’ George Lim of G&A Group.

At the event, Lim led local business entities to sign MoUs with successful firms.

He spoke on the power of daily tiny improvement which will bring about 30 per cent or more transformation in a year in the Mandarin language medium to the audience.

“Getting one per cent better every day counts for a lot in the long run,” he said of an adage attributed to James Clear, a motivation guru.

“Any such improvement will enhance goals of business operations and profitability such as improved customer and employee satisfaction, increased brand awareness if established, find new markets for products and services besides expanding product or service lines, reduce operational costs, and potentially generate new source of revenue and better management communication,” Lim opined.
