Danny Rose has been given a lifeline at Tottenham.
The veteran England full back was expected to leave this summer.
However, he has been included in the club's squad for the upcoming Audi Cup during preseason.
With the club attempting to sign Ryan Sessegnon from Fulham, it was felt that Rose had no way back.
However, he will have a chance to impress in games against Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, per the Daily Mirror.
Rose won his place in the team towards the end of last season, ousting Ben Davies from the left back berth.
