Gael Clichy is joining the staff of new France U21 coach Thierry Henry.
Henry was named new France U21 coach this week after the dismissal this summer of Sylvain Ripoll.
L'Equipe says Henry has been cleared to bring in his own assistants by the French Football Federation.
Former Arsenal teammate Clichy is joining Henry as is Grald Baticle.
A fitness trainer, a goalkeeping coach and two video analysts will also be appointed, including Lionel Rouxel, the current U19 coach.
