Released Tottenham striker Fernando Llorente is set to sign for Roma.
Calciomercato.it says Roma have agreed a deal with Llorente, but will only sign him once Edin Dzeko or Patrik Schick leave.
Llorente was set to join Fiorentina, while Lazio were also said to be in the running for the ex-Tottenham Hotspur striker.
However, Roma have come out of nowhere to 'lock down' the Spaniard as a 'Plan B' if Dzeko or Schick depart.
The 34-year-old won two Scudetti with Juventus between 2013 and 2015.
