Club Brugge star Hans Vanaken is hoping that West Ham make another offer for him.
The 29-year-old is very eager to sign for the London club and experience the Premier League.
According to a report from Het Nieuwsblad, the Hammers are still keen to sign the attacking midfielder.
Vanaken is seen as an alternative to Jesse Lingard, who signed for Nottingham Forest.
West Ham already had a bid rejected by Brugge.
The Hammers offered £8.5 million which was knocked back.
