College football line painter spotted measuring field yardage lines with his feet

A worker at Winston-Salem State University has gone viral after being filmed measuring out the yardage lines on their football field without using proper equipment.

A video of the incident posted to TikTok by DJ Moyer showed the man using his feet to measure the distance before spraying crooked lines on the turf at Bowman Gray Stadium in North Carolina, before the Rams game against Bowie State on Saturday (October 10).

The Rams lost the game 21-0, dropping them to 0-6 on the year.

New Director of Athletics Eric Burns issued a statement taking responsibility and promising “additional field preparation support” ahead of their next home game on October 17.
