A Malaysian commuter has raised concerns over a bus service allegedly bypassing the Abdullah Hukum Station bus stop, leaving passengers waiting for extended periods without being picked up.
In a video shared online, the user claimed that Bus 821 repeatedly bypasses the stop by using a flyover instead of entering the designated bus bay where passengers were waiting.
“BUS 821 – why does it always skip Abdullah Hukum Station? It takes the flyover above while people are waiting below for more than 20 minutes. This has not happened just once or twice, but many times!” the user wrote.
The post, which tagged the bus service provider, asked for clarification from the operator over the recurring issue.
“If the bus is delayed, that’s understandable. But skipping the station altogether…is there any explanation?” the commuter added.
In the comments section, another user alleged that the issue has persisted since 2024, claiming that previous complaints and video evidence had been submitted but received no response.
“I had to walk to the bus stop at LRT Bangsar and take the bus from there,” the user said.
Other netizens advised affected passengers to submit formal complaints through official channels, including the bus service provider’s app and its live agent service.
Some also suggested escalating the matter to authorities such as Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) or relevant local representatives to ensure follow-up action
