
COMPUTEX 2026 concluded successfully after attracting more than 111,000 buyers and visitors from 152 countries and regions, reflecting growing global interest in artificial intelligence, robotics and next-generation technologies.
Held under the theme "AI Together," the exhibition focused on AI computing, robotics and intelligent mobility, and emerging technologies. Organizers said 111,312 visitors attended the event, with participants coming from major markets including Japan, the United States, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, India, Thailand and Malaysia.
The event highlighted Taiwan's position in the global AI supply chain as technology companies, startups and industry experts gathered to showcase new developments and explore business opportunities.
One of the major additions this year was the launch of the AI Robotics Zone, which featured robotics, embodied AI technologies and related solutions. The exhibit reflected increasing industry interest in physical AI applications as organizations explored ways to deploy AI systems in real-world environments.
Computex also introduced an E-paper Pavilion and TechXperience, which featured more than 180 exhibitors showcasing emerging technologies and applications.
The exhibition's keynote program featured executives from major technology companies discussing developments in AI computing, edge computing, intelligent mobility and next-generation platforms. Speakers included Qualcomm President and Chief Executive Officer Cristiano Amon, Marvell Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Matt Murphy, Intel Chief Executive Officer Lip-Bu Tan, and NXP President and Chief Executive Officer Rafael Sotomayor.
Organizers said the keynote sessions attracted about 6,000 attendees.
The Computex Forum brought together 28 industry leaders and experts to discuss AI computing, robotics, data governance and other industry issues. The forum recorded more than 13,200 visits, with discussions focusing on infrastructure, enterprise adoption and commercialization strategies for AI technologies.
Startup exhibition Innovex featured more than 500 startups from 23 countries, an increase of more than 11 percent from the previous year. Taiwan, Japan and South Korea accounted for the largest number of participating startups.
For the first time, Innovex partnered with Plug and Play Taiwan and Japanese startup exhibition organizer Everidge to expand international innovation and networking opportunities.
Nine national pavilions, including those from France, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Australia, Israel, Canada, Italy and the Czech Republic, showcased developments in AI, robotics and intelligent mobility.
Computex also highlighted sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing waste, improving resource reuse and promoting energy efficiency. Sustainable Design Awards were presented to ASUS and Transcend Information.
Organizers announced that Computex 2027 will be held from June 1 to 4 at Nangang Exhibition Halls 1 and 2 and TWTC Hall 1.
