Kota Kinabalu Police Chief ACP Mohd Zaidi Abdullah confirmed receiving a report regarding the incident.
The two-minute and 12-second video showed a group of four-year-old children in the children’s nursery with two carers.
One of the adults distributing food appeared to kick one youngster, pull the child’s hair, shove the child’s head and hit the child’s head.
