It said in a statement today that continuous heavy rain was expected to occur in Terengganu and several districts in Kelantan, namely Tumpat, Pasir Mas, Kota Bharu, Jeli, Tanah Merah, Bachok, Machang, Pasir Puteh and Kuala Krai.
