Kota Kinabalu: Any leader involved in corrupt practice should be charged in court and face the consequences, insists United Kinabalu Progressive Organisation (Upko) Youth.
Its Chief Felix Joseph Saang said Malaysia’s judicial process must be functional and fair to everyone at all times.
“The country’s judicial institution must be independent without political interference,” he stressed.
