Italian coach Serse Cosmi rates Napoli as the strongest team in Serie A.
Napoli go into the new season as defending champions, though under new coach Rudi Garcia.
Cosmi told TMW: "For me Napoli remain the strongest team, they didn't win the championship by chance. I followed them a lot and they won because they really were the strongest.
"Indeed, from what I saw they deserved more than all the others to go to the Champions League final. Now there's the curiosity to see Garcia replace a winner like (Luciano) Spalletti, it's not easy.
"Milan intrigues me a lot, it's a new course that intrigues me. Juve will make a championship at the top, I'm absolutely certain. Inter are bound to win because they gave the feeling of having lost two Scudettos and that's not exactly the case: maybe two years ago, but not exactly the last. Then don't make me talk about Roma because I would be too biased."
