Country View Bhd (KL:CVIEW) more than doubled its dividend payout for the fourth quarter of the financial year ended Nov 30, 2025 (4QFY2025) after net profit jumped 79.37% year-on-year on higher revenue. The property developer declared a fourth interim single-tier dividend of 13 sen per share, raising its total dividend payout for the full year to 53 sen, compared with 15 sen in FY2024. The latest dividend payout will be paid on March 16. Net profit came in at RM18.78 million for 4QFY2025, from RM10.47 million a year ago. Quarterly revenue rose 41.09% to RM83.63 million from RM59.27 million a year before. The stellar quarterly earnings propelled the group’s full-year earnings to a record of RM82.3 million, more than triple the RM25.55 million in FY2024. EcoFirst Consolidated Bhd’s (KL:ECOFIRS) net profit fell 28.5% year-on-year (y-o-y) to RM2.43 million in second-quarter ended Nov 30, 2025 (2QFY2025), from RM3.39 million due to lower contributions from its businesses. Quarterly revenue fell 28.55% to RM78.28 million from RM109.55 million in 2QFY2025. No dividend was declared for the latest quarter. For the first half of FY2026, EcoFirst's net profit nearly tripled to RM12.91 million from RM4.34 million year in the previous corresponding period, as revenue increased 14.97% to RM201.73 million from RM175.47 million.
