The Journey of Gen Z creative writer Amanda Vashti and civil engineer Yannick Mondelly bring a different but equally valuable perspective.
With a background as a Civil Engineer from Seychelles, Yannick recently moved to Malaysia to marry Malaysian Amanda and join her in growing their shared passions: yoga, art, and writing. Together, they have embarked on a new venture: a digital marketing company. This initiative is particularly close to their hearts.
Whether it's mastering the digital age, breaking stereotypes, or showcasing their unique talents, they love to share it with anyone willing to learn and benefit.
Their company, Mossy Tree Media stands out by providing tailored digital marketing packages that fit within a company's budget. Yannick and Amanda believe that every business deserves the opportunity to thrive in the digital realm, and their collaborative approach with freelancers aims to make that a reality for businesses across Malaysia.
The husband/wife team, Yannick and Amanda are not just building businesses; they are creating opportunities and fostering growth. Their diverse expertise and shared vision highlight the power of combining personal passion with professional endeavours.
As they continue to blend their skills and dreams, their journey remains an inspiring example of how love, creativity, and collaboration can shape a fulfilling and impactful life.

“As a team, we love what we do as we see it as our dharma in this lifetime” said Amanda who loves to create some noise and let the world feel the impact of #GenZ.
In the heart of Malaysia, where tradition meets modernity, Amanda Vashti is making waves in several vibrant fields, all while sharing her journey with her partner, Yannick Mondelly.
For the past three years, Amanda has been fully immersed in her passions in creative pursuits. Her journey is a testament to the power of following one's passion and the strength found in partnership.
“It is indeed heartwarming and intimate when we plan our business ventures together,” Yannick said.
For Amanda, yoga classes are a sanctuary for many of her students. Specialising in Hatha yoga, she offers not only traditional classes but also virtual sessions and unique clearing sessions. See yoga performances by the couple in Instagram.
The couple will hold a special workshop on 29th September for headstand yoga. Can call 011-1123 0654 for more information.
These sessions go beyond physical postures, guiding individuals through emotional and spiritual healing—processing traumas, reconnecting with their inner child, and fostering personal growth. Her approach is holistic, aiming to nurture both body and soul.
In addition to her yoga practice, Amanda is a Malaysian artist whose creativity knows no bounds. Her paintings grace galleries, while her mural work transforms spaces with vibrant storytelling. Amanda also offers commissioned pieces, ensuring that her art meets personal and unique needs.
Her art booths are a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit, featuring everything from handmade items to fine art prints, allowing art enthusiasts to take a piece of her vision home.
Amanda’s artistic endeavours are deeply rooted in her background, including a BA in English and Creative Writing from Nottingham University.
As a Malaysian poet and writer, she frequently participates in local poetry events, showcasing her works and contributing to the rich tapestry of Malaysia's literary scene.
