A HUSBAND and wife duo, who own a courier company in Kota Kinabalu, have been arrested alongside two of their employees for allegedly running a ketamine trafficking operation from their business premises in Taman Sri Kepayan.
The total value of the confiscated drugs and assets is estimated at RM4.21 million.
Sabah Police Commissioner Datuk Jauteh Dikun confirmed the arrests and said the first suspect taken into custody was the 36-year-old company manager, who was found in possession of the drugs.
"Following an initial round of questioning, police then arrested a 47-year-old male operations clerk from the same company at approximately 12.05am in the Yusang, Kepayan area," he said.
Investigations are ongoing, with police not ruling out further arrests as they continue to dismantle the network behind the drug trafficking operation. - September 9, 2025
