CENTURY Properties Group Inc. (CPG) is expanding its residential footprint in Cavite with the launch of a P5.6-billion premium house-and-lot development in General Trias.
The listed property developer formally opened the show village of Cerulean Residences on Saturday, marking the rollout of the 25-hectare project, which will have more than 1,100 two-story homes.
CPG Managing Director Carlo Antonio said the opening of the show village would give prospective buyers an opportunity to experience the development and its housing products.
Cerulean Residences is located in Barangay San Francisco along Arnaldo Highway, near the Governor’s Drive exit of the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAx).
The development is also near commercial and industrial hubs, including Gateway Business Park and the New Cavite Industrial City.
Antonio said the company sees General Trias as a market where employment and infrastructure connectivity are already established, but where premium residential supply remains limited.
“General Trias is a location that the market has already chosen. CPG is positioning Cerulean alongside its PHirst affordable housing business, allowing the company to target different market segments within the same growth corridor,” he said.
“By balancing our PHirst and Premium residential segments, we are able to sustain growth while expanding our footprint,” Antonio said.
Cerulean will include more than 1,100 homes with layouts designed for growing families, as well as a two-car garage with provision for an electric vehicle charger.
The project will also feature green spaces, active zones, water attractions, and a planned commercial hub.
For CPG, the Cavite project adds to its strategy of expanding its residential portfolio beyond its traditional concentration in Metro Manila while maintaining exposure to both premium and affordable housing segments.
Century Property’s share price fell by a centavo to P0.62 last Friday.
