The Tata IPL Fan Park at the historic Paddal Ground in Mandi attracted hundreds of cricket enthusiasts on Sunday. The two-day event turned into a major attraction for sports lovers, as fans gathered in large numbers to watch live Indian Premier League (IPL) matches on a giant LED screen. The fan park received an overwhelming response on Saturday during the live screening of the match between Gujarat Titans and Rajasthan Royals, as more than 6,000 spectators enjoyed the thrilling contest. The excitement further intensified on Sunday as an even bigger crowd thronged the venue to witness the high-voltage clash between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bengaluru. Cricket fans cheered enthusiastically while enjoying the live telecast in a stadium-like atmosphere.

This marks the first time in the 18-year history of the Indian Premier League that an IPL Fan Park has been organised in Mandi, making it a memorable occasion for local cricket lovers. The successful organisation has been made possible through the efforts of Ajay Rana, president of the District Cricket Association Mandi.

Former BCCI president and Hamirpur MP Anurag Thakur also visited Paddal Ground on Sunday to review the arrangements at the fan park. He appreciated the organising team and congratulated Ajay Rana and his associates for the excellent management of the event.

Raja Singh Malhotra, vice- president of the HP Hockey Association, and several other dignitaries were also present on the occasion. The ongoing IPL season has generated immense enthusiasm among ardent fans.
