SHAH ALAM – Test your English Language skills this September 8 by joining the Crossword Puzzle Competition for secondary students at Karnival Pendidikan Sinar Bestari.
The competition will be held for two days where it will explore a student's capabilities in the English language and the winners will be evaluated by a jury.
Winners will go on to the next level based on eligibility, until a single person is crowned as the champion.
The competition will be divided into two categories which will be held on different days, one category will be dedicated to students from the lower form and one category will be dedicated to students from the upper form.
There will be three rounds, the first round would consist of twenty teams, the second ten, third, which is the final round, will have five teams.
Three prizes will be given to the first, second and third winners which comprises of a trophy and cash prizes. Participation certificates would also be awarded to those who participated in the competition.
Participants are required to answer 12 questions within one minute, and the questions will appear on a light-emitting diode (LED) projector. The winner who answers the fastest and most accurately will be given a point.
The crossword challenge competition is sponsored by Yayasan Selangor.
