Paris is always a good idea. And what better place to flaunt your cultural attire than the fashion capital itself?

Recently, a video has gone viral on social media wherein a group of Indian women can be seen confidently walking in sarees near the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

The clip, originally shared by Bengaluru-based saree brand Dhanvi Silk, features several middle-aged women dressed in traditional sarees and performing a playful ramp walk against the backdrop of one of the world’s most iconic landmarks.

Even though many users found the video innocent and sweet, it still hasn’t gone down well with everyone.

A user wrote, “It’s great to see the confidence and moreover its descent! It’s better than the celebrations of some mad people on the streets in the name of games and obscene videos in the name of reels!”

Another reacted, “I don’t feel any problem in this reel. They are silently enjoying their trip without disturbing anyone or creating nuisance.”

A third commented, “Should not create nuisance in public places when abroad. Europeans often complain that Indian tourists are loud rin tourist destinations.” A fourth said, “Idk why everyone is overreacting. There are faaaar too many more disgraceful fat miserable Indians to hate.”
