Kota Kinabalu: The State Government is preparing to introduce a Cyber Security Bill to address potential cyber threats in the region.
State Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation (KSTI), Datuk Dr Ariffin Arif, said a framework would initially be established to assess the requirements for the Bill.
“I have asked my Permanent Secretary (SUT KSTI) to discuss this with the Director of State Computer Services Department to explore the feasibility of implementing the Bill.
