Manchester United legend Gary Neville believes that boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer needs to spend 100 million pounds to compete!
The Red Devils have struggled at the start of the season, with their woes compounded by a dismal 2-0 loss away to West Ham United.
Despite the criticism that Neville has levelled at many of United's players, he ultimately believes the club has not given Solskjaer enough money to spend.
"Ole needs three or four transfer windows to get this squad up to a level where they can compete," Neville said on Sky Sports.
"And he needs a few hundred million quid - you can't back out of that. The days when you could pinch someone in the transfer window have gone.
"This is not going to be easy."
