CANDON CITY, Ilocos Sur — Danish cyclist Daniel Ridwan Guld of the CCN Factory Racing ruled the MPTC Tour of Luzon Stage 9 from Laoag, Ilocos Norte to Candon City Arena on Friday.
Guld clocked 3:12:02 in the 137.6 km distance race featuring small uphills approaching the finish line.
