Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Democratic Action Party (DAP) Secretary Phoong Jin Zhe accused SAPP Vice President Gee Tien Song of being a “Batu Api” (agent provocateur) by suggesting that the party is plotting to topple Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim over the 40pc tax revenue court action.
Gee was reported as saying that DAP’s insistence in continuing the lawsuit regarding Sabah’s 40 per cent revenue issue is akin to “conspiring against Anwar”.
Gee said it implied that Sabah DAP does not have confidence in the Sabah Government and also distrusting the Anwar-led Federal Government.
