
KOTA KINABALU: The concept of efficiency and speed must always be instilled and practised by Kota Kinabalu City Hall (DBKK) in implementing all its policies, programmes, and services.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor said that since being upgraded to city status, DBKK has shouldered greater duties and responsibilities in maintaining the highest service delivery standards.

"Therefore, I urge that the concept of efficiency and speed be consistently instilled and practised in implementing all planned policies, programmes, and services to ensure the continued well-being of the people in Kota Kinabalu," he said.

Hajiji added that as a progressive local authority, DBKK has implemented various initiatives to enhance administrative efficiency, encourage innovation, and strengthen service delivery to the public.
