Roberto de Zerbi has pledged his commitment to Brighton.
The Italian has been linked with AC Milan, Barcelona and Bayern Munich.
But De Zerbi said: "If you ask me if there is any club that can change my mind, I answer that there isn't one. I would like to stay at Brighton to achieve the maximum possible objective in each season.
"But first we need to analyse the situation with Tony Bloom (club owner), Paul Barber (chief executive) and David Weir (technical director)."
De Zerbi added: "I have always been honest when I said that there is no club that can change my mind, there is no club that is behind me."
