
An explosion which destroyed a home in California leaving one person dead and two others injured was captured on a near-by doorbell camera.
San Bernardino County Fire said three adults and a dog were inside the property when the huge blast occurred just before 8.30pm on August 21 in Twentynine Palms.
Marines from a near-by base were first on the scene and helped the victims out of the wreckage.
Two people were hospitalized while the third died at the scene. The dog survived.
An investigation is underway into the cause of the blast.
