As Raya approaches, Malaysians are lighting up the streets with their festive fervour, and one woman has taken it to a whole new level.
Nur Aliah, in a move that can only be described as electrifying, adorned her car with twinkling lights, turning it into a mobile light show that could rival any Christmas tree. She said it took her about six hours to completely wrap her car with multicoloured blinking lights.
Driving around town with her luminous spectacle, Aliah's car must have looked like a misplaced beacon of yuletide cheer, confusing curious onlookers who are still months away from decking their own halls.

Remarkably, despite attracting the attention of the authorities, Aliah managed to evade any consequences, receiving nothing but enthusiastic thumbs-ups from the cops. It seems her festive spirit was infectious, even to law enforcement.
So, as we marvel at Aliah's illuminating innovation, one can't help but wonder: what's next?
Will she outshine us all with her Raya outfits, or will she turn her attention to lighting up other unexpected places? Hopefully she does not dress up as a Christmas tree and goes visiting on Raya Aidil Fitri.
However, the thought of dressing up as a Christmas did occur to me every now and then but the fear of being ridiculed has always prevented me from falling into the temptation.
Whatever the case, Aliah has certainly brightened up our pre-Raya days with her shining example of festive fervour.
Who knew that the road to Raya could be paved with such luminous flair?
