With connectivity upgrades led by the upcoming Delhi-Dehradun Expressway and rapid infrastructure expansion along the NH-24 corridor, developers are intensifying their push into Ghaziabad’s emerging real estate market. The latest entrant is Haryana-based Karyan Group, which has launched its luxury housing project “Trevana Residences” opposite Wave City on NH-24.

The developer plans to invest around Rs 900 crore in the project and is targeting nearly Rs 1,500 crore in revenue, reflecting growing demand for premium housing in NCR’s fast-expanding micro-markets.

The project will comprise 3 and 4 BHK luxury apartments and is scheduled for completion by 2030. Amenities planned within the development include a 45,000 sq ft clubhouse, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, bowling alley, pickleball and paddle courts, cricket pitch, rooftop leisure zones and landscaped greens.

The launch comes amid rising investor and end-user interest in the NH-24 belt, which has seen a surge in residential activity following improved road connectivity towards Delhi, Noida, Meerut and the upcoming Delhi-Dehradun Expressway network.

Varun Garg, Director, Karyan Group, said the project aims to offer “luxury, comfort and seamless connectivity” to modern homebuyers looking for larger homes in NCR.
